Manage your incoming emails with ContactOffice #COusertip 1

Today, we’re going to focus on an important problem: the high amount of incoming emails.

Next to spams and ad’s there is supplier’s communication, prospect’s commercial offers, internal communication etc. Some days, your mailbox can reach more than 100 incoming emails so the question is: how to pre classify them by priority, department or task.

ContactOffice developed a specific tool called “Filters” that allows you to create multiple rules running at the same time. By using the Filters you can organize and master your daily incoming email flood.

E.g. 1: create a filter in order to delete certains unwanted newsletters:

E.g. 2: mark every email coming from your CEO as “priority 1” with a tag:

The Filters can be configured in the Messages by clicking on ‘More’ and then on ‘Filters’.
