We recently added a range of useful features to the Ajax version of our web office. To name but a few:
- Most of the ContactOffice tools now support the tagging system to help categorize the content.
- The homepage contains a personnalized tab displaying the content hosted by your own server.
- You’re now allowed to select all the members of an existing group.
- Rights and permissions are implemented in the “forum” and the “tasks” features.
- Last but not least, there’s now an access to the live chat functionality.

I can’t find any entry to use the new live chat functionality. Please tell me where it is, thanks.
In order to access the chat, you need to go to the Group tool, ‘Right click’ on the name of the group: then ‘chat with members’.
We intend to add another accesspoint in the future.
