If you’re a user of the Ajax version of our virtual office, have a look at the comment option we just implemented. For each item in your mailbox, you’re now able to write and save a personal note by clicking on the “comment” button” (cf. this screenshot). Very useful when you want to remind yourself of something important in connexion with a specific message.
