On the night of saturday 17 to sunday 18 March, our access provider (Level3.com) made a major update to the routers that we use. During this intervention, the internet routes used to access our machines were not taken into account for a reason that we still ignore at this point.
We worked a large part of this night in order to understand the issue and especially to make them admit the problem. Unfortunately this took us a considerable amount of time. Once Level3 admitted the issue, the problem was solved within seconds.
We would like to present our apologies for this problem which was beyond our power. We hope it did not cause you any inconvenience.
